Google acquires chip programming startup Peakstream

There has to be at least one deal a week from Google. And this week for a change Google has acquired Peakstream that sells tools for programming chips. You can find all kinds of speculations on the web for the exact use of the technology. I think I will skip that part since chip and hardware stuff is not my strength.
