IPO and the absolute_value(Blinkx)

I had not covered the Blinkx IPO story that happened just few days back. The reason being I don’t trust the business model@Blinkx(do they have one?) to justify the offering. Max Bleyleben over at TechnoFile Europe has put things in a clearer perspective as to what exactly is wrong with the deal. Don’t think I want to add anything more for now, except that people who know their way around the system will for sure use it to their fullest advantage.
