Market10 becomes Jobfox; Are you using it?

Market10, the job search engine startup, today changed it’s name to Jobfox. Personally I have never used Market10 and nor heard people talking about it, so can’t really say where it is headed in terms of user growth. But looking at what Jobfox promises, I think it has the potential to deliver better job matches for your profile. To do that, Jobfox has couple of ideas - you as as job seeker fill out the Jobfox portfolio that is designed to showcase your strengths, skills, and experiences. Just try it out for few minutes and you would feel it is very well designed and logical. Jobfox does extensive categorization and identification of attributes that are required for each kind of job. I would say not an easy model to develop since you really need to sit down with recruiters to get the specs. Again, some of the smarter companies are taking this categorization concept places that includes - vFlyer and PowerReviews.

Coming back to the process, Jobfox on the other end uses it’s patent pending Job Fit Matching System to funnel your resume to the right employers/recruiter according  accounting for everything in your portfolio.

Jobfox’s current focus markets are Atlanta , Washington, DC or Silicon Valley. If you are in one of these or looking to move, I think Jobfox would be worth the effort. Either way, I would like to hear about any experiences with the job search engine.
