BeInSync gets more funds

Another Israel based company BeInSync today announced that they have secured funding undisclosed amount of funding from Alta Berkeley. Besides London based Alta Berkeley, BeInSync investors now include Eurofund and Aviv Ventures.
BeInSync is a P2P file synchronization services that helps users to sync their files located across different machines. All the data is always located only the users machines to eliminate any concerns related to privacy or storage limits. BeInSync offers free plan as well as Pro plans that can cost $59.95 per year and offers unlimited files that can be synced per day. Users need to install the BeInSync client on each machine from where the files need to accessed.
I had tried out BeInSync Pro service few months back and found the sync service to be on the slower side. So when I decided to quit the service I was unable to locate any information regarding how I can get myself out of the service plan. Neither on the website nor on the desktop client. Below is the response I got to my email sent to the BeInSync support for cancellation of service. After exchanging couple of more emails I was able to unsubscribe from the service. Still not a nice experience.
I am not sure if the service has seen any performance upgrade or they have enabled easier un-subscribing from the service. Anyway, BeInSync has now moved over to a yearly plan which should make users more hesitant to signup for the service.
