Vangard Voice gets $3 million in Series A

Vangard Voice Systems today annouced that they have closed $3 million Series A round of funding from Berkshire Ventures. Vangard Voice provides integration of speech into mobile applications. Their patented AccuSPEECH software enables speech to be used as an medium to enter information into real time databases, forms and dynamic, and interactive applications through PDAs, desktops, laptops or tablet PCs.
AccuSPEECH suite consists of AccuSPEECH Development Studio, AccuSPEECH Development Studio, and AccuSPEECH Server. AccuSPEECH Technology can be deployed onto any platform that supports Window Mobile, Win32, HTML, Java, C#/.NET. Vangard technology enables organzations to focus on applications and business instead of developing speech integration tools inhouse.
