There has been heavy upgrade activity around lot of Google products lately. Today Google announced new features for Google Groups which had not seen many changes lately.
Lot of changes has been made all around that make Google Groups much more attractive to use. To start with, Google Groups homepage in the beta version sports a cool new look. Besides that, now you can customize your group pages by adding your group logo, and set different color backgrounds, fonts, and colors. Google Page Creator has been integrated into Google groups. You can now create own webpages inside your groups which can be edited by other members of your groups. You can now upload files for collaboration and sharing. You can also put your groups Google Group promotion box on your site. In the new release also provides the ability to browse through the list of members of your group.
Overall nice changes that make Google groups easier to manage and use. Hope they have new release for Gmail coming soon.
